What crime did you see occur??.. good grief! one of the victims own mothers said that the words the man allegedly said, just sounded like a normal conversation to her! 🙋‍♀️.. and are you aware, did you pay attention when LE said that they interpolated the video???.. interpolated= Inserting into, Adding words, remarks, or passages into an existing book, document, or conversation/ Altering a work: Inserting unauthorized, extraneous, or false material into a historical manuscript or text... 🤷

@Judy Hataway The simple answer is that their trick worked solve the Delphi case get Liggett elected part #2 was getting a conviction , they replaced judge Diener with judge Gull who was once considered a fair judge , but this case was different and the defendant had 2 very good defense lawyers representing him , so Gull tried to remove them because of discovery evidence getting leaked , but Rossi & Baldwin appealed to SJC and they overturned Gull which set her ass on fire , she never forgot this so she made sure to rule for the state 90% of the motions and made it impossible for Rick to get a fair trial , now we just had oral arguments and I'm very optimistic about a new trial because we are talking judicial errors in every argument and the state has no answer to why Rick was in psychosis when needed but ok when he confessed , the 2 female judges showed concern and I think Rick will get a new trial and maybe Rick will get to have a 3rd party defense so the jury can see the crime scene was staged because judge Gull would not allow the defense to even mention that the sticks put over the girls looked like a message , a possible cult.

@Brandy Ellis Richard Allen told us he was there that day and what time. He mentioned seeing a group of girls. That group of girls also saw Richard Allen. He was there, they saw each other, that is fact. Then, he said he was on the bridge looking at the fish, but didn't see the girls. There is no way that if he was on the bridge at the time he was there he didn't see the girls. He also said he was wearing a blue jacket, jeans, boots or tennis shoes, and had a hat. In one of his confessions, he mentioned a white van driving down and frightening him during the crime. After investigation, a white van was actually there near the scene at the time of the crime. No one would know that but the killer. No other man with similar clothing or anything was seen by anyone else there that day. The bullet found in his keepsake box had the same exact bullet brand and type. Even though all of those facts wouldn't stand on their own, the presence of all of them makes it unreasonable to believe Richard Allen isn't guilty of the crime.

And that showed up as a totally different person — a completely different mindset and demeanor than the interrogation videos.

I don't think my opinion really matters as far as predicted outcome, but I do think another trial would silence a lot of the public opinion surrounding the process.

@Mia McHaffey Are you not the least bit angry at LE for leading the jury to believe Rick was the only one out on the bridge that day? Now, we know there were at least 50 people and the jury was only given one option? Others have confessed and not one witness looked at Rick in court that day and said, Yes!, that's the man I saw! Respectfully asking because I would want all facts before convicting and ruining a man's life based on a lie and lil manbaby egos. I'm sorry, I know this wasn't easy for anyone on the jury, but he 100% did not do this.

@Danielle Hawkins I appreciate your compassion. You are right, it was very hard. But that is how a murder trial goes, they charge a person and the jury has to decide if they think that person is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It was not my job to police their investigation, rather make a decision based off of the facts provided to me. I don't think we were led to believe he was the only one. Just that he was the only one there that all of the puzzle pieces fit.

@Mia McHaffey A dad who trafficked drugs, who snitched on other drug traffickers and possibly owed them money who never came out to fight for justice for his daughter. They sent him a message. Message received. They didn't present this. They covered it up. Why? Because LE and others in Indiana higher ups are likely involved in underground activity. LE sought to hide evidence as to who was out there from day one. There were about 16 people out there that day. RA saw a group of girls when he was out there earlier. He wasn't there during the murder time the state gives. Those girls are Collier, Matta and Herrera. Dan Pearson was likely who BB saw on the bridge. Guess what? He's the first one who ran to the police. He did the first sketch. Why was he not in the trial? Go watch The Vault series on CasexCase. Go read Eye on Delphi's Docs and her videos. Go read Delphi Docs documents. If I were a juror I would be pissed at having been fooled by a corrupt prosecution who covered their own butts and used practically the only man in town without a record as a patsy. It's sickening.

@Mia McHaffey After seeing Richard Allen, do you think he's tall, muscular, and handsome? Those are descriptions the witnesses gave. How did the other people on the trails at the time of the alleged crime not hear or see anything? Do you think it's okay to hold an innocent person in a prison in solitary confinement for 400 days? He wasn't allowed to have a visit with his wife for over 6 months. He was given involuntary haldol injections, yet people can't sign legal documents if they are under the influence. Does it not bother that law enforcement lost over 70 days of interviews, lied numerous times? Why would someone who was going to SA someone but got spooked then proceed to unalive 2 girls and then spend over another hour at the crime scene placing sticks/branches over the girls bodies and blood? One of the branches was 3x taller/longer than the alleged killer and weighed probably as much as he did. The white van that spooked him didn't actually show up until about 15 minutes later than the state said and at the time the girls were allegedly already dead according to what the state says happened. Also what about the grumpy/doesn't say hi guy Cheyenne seen that also matches the demeanor of BG? Cheyenne witnessed him after the BG video was recorded. Can you honestly say that you have no reasonable doubt?

@Leslie Walker So many things wrong with this. Firstly the DP sketch was made of someone their taking photographs after the girls were abducted. And if you follow the case it's obvious who it was and he had nothing to do with the case. And not message was received because at no point was it obvious that was the motive or committed the crime because of that motive. It's possible the father could have thought that was a possible motive, that doesn't mean it's what happened. And naming all those girls, are you suggesting they were involved?

But my point is I trust my own eyes over a witness statement. I don't know why she got it so wrong. Did she see someone else? Was he too far away or too brief of a look to get it right? I wasnt being smart, but zero DNA, fibers, hairs, nothing electronically linked him to the girls, in fact the state fought (and won) to keep out geofencing because it showed Richard Allen was at home at the crucial time. @Tammy Allen McCray the presence isn't guilt. The guilt comes from him clearly lying about seeing the girls, and he was wearing the same clothing a BG, as reported by him. I'll acknowledge that it's a common thing for men to wear, but there is zero information pointing to the fact that there was anyone else wearing those clothes other than him. Only the killer would know about the van. Or at the very least, someone that was at the crime scene. It's him being there along with all of the other "coincidences". As much as presence doesn't confirm guilt, a various amount of circumstances pointing to his guilt doesn't confirm reasonable doubt. Inferences can be made without meaning there is doubt.

@Mia McHaffey There were approximately 16 people on those trails at the time. We all knew about the van all the way back from almost the beginning. That was not something only the killer would know. The state lied by 20 very important minutes as to what time the van came through to make it fit their lies. On top of that the creek was over 3 feet deep the day the girls were supposedly killed. No way did a 5'4" man and two 5'4" girls went through that freezing, rapid creek for him to all of a sudden rape, kill, undress, dress one, arrange their bodies and then the sticks to show up on the road for Sarah to see. On top of that in her original interview the guy was only muddy. It wasn't until years later her story changed and blood was conveniently added.

@Tammy Allen McCray sketches are subjective BB is older, the 3 girls are younger. the point you make about there being 4 girls hasn't been contested by the defense or appellate so! you might want to educate yourself on minors and witnesses. half of what you say is waffle Baldwin spouted and misinterpreting what you have. the sketches like 3rd party have to be an exact depiction. correct me if I'm wrong (I'm not) BB was cross examined and asked about the sketch by the defense and said "it's a rough image of what I saw" 👉 not her exact words but you get the picture. That was the defenses chance to get the sketch in they failed. BH was at work, had that as his alibi aswell as his brother in law drove with him, Patrick Westfall was at him and around his home via his mobile data, Elvis fields wasn't even close enough to Delphi for them to legally check. That leave the Klines Keegan was downloading CSAM in the house tony was around the neighborhood all day. it's been 4 years coming into 5 and even though you people get debunked you run around shouting the same crap and it's tiresome now. this will go to the supreme Court then you'll need to find a new child killer to defend

I would be absolutely furious if I had been a juror who took a man's life away then came out to learn I was lied to about everything. OR I would defend my decision because I couldn't handle facing the truth.

@Mia McHaffey If you were to see the geofence; you would see when his phone appears in the area and no longer appears in the area. It's not as simple as "he left his phone at home". He went there, we know that. What is being disputed is what time he arrived and what time he left. The geofence clears that up. The defense did fight to have that admitted but the state fought back and won based on "privacy of others and the reliability of it". How can the state fight it based on reliability when they literally used it to locate and identify people that were in and around the area? Allen's lead sheet was marked cleared for a reason. I thank you for doing your duty. I am sorry that you were forced to do so without hearing all of the facts.

@Mia McHaffey You are wrong. This man was tortured and drugged into confessing. He also confessed to cheating on a cigarette, starting ww3, killing his entire family including grandchildren he doesn't even have. He was eating and wearing his own poop. He was drinking out of a toilet. He was poking his own privates with a spork. His face and eyes were black where he was running head on into a wall. It's truly disgusting that the state and Gull got away with this. No one is safe as long as this is allowed to go on in a so called justice system. If you jurors really care about justice in this country you should want to fight for a fair investigation and a fair trial.

@Mia McHaffey I have no reason to lie to you... what you just said is factually wrong!! I take it you did not listen to the hearing on monday & how it seemed pretty apparent that even the judges were repulsed! and if you listen close you can hear the rally for Rick outside the courtroom screaming at the judges scorn. I can tell you a ton of things that you were NOT allowed to see, if you were truly a juror.. 💔 .. AND I do not blame the jury! I truly don't!!.. all you knew is what you were dealt, although i think some of the jurors should have been able to see through some of the BS & consider that there has to be more than this... but the judge prohibited the defense from presenting their defense, that would've helped defend Allen... (NO phone geofencing was allowed, NO 3rd party suspects that not only had the defense stumbled upon but the defense found out that an FBI task force had been investigating them for the crime for 3 years.. NO mention of any names of any person that police had spoken to previously, including the property owner.. NO mention of all the evidence that the state claimed they "lost" 😒.. or screwed up, no negative mention of the state whatsoever!.. NONE of the sketches that the state had used over the previous 6 years were allowed, per request by the prosecutor.. & so much more.. basically most of the states own work was hid from the jury!.. including the investigation into the odinists, which entailed the three-year investigation by an FBI task force team.

@Mia McHaffey from interviews, it would seem that for most of the jury it came down to.. he was the only one there. Do you think it would've made a difference if the defense would've been allowed to present it's 3rd party culprit evidence? Such as, Libby had been catfished by a online predator and they were there that day because they were supposed to meet him. Do you think it would've changed things if you had been allowed to hear the defenses explanation of the sticks and placement of them and the connection to the odinist brad holder who was Abby's boyfriend's dad and all the crazy things he posted around that time?

I just want to say - I really appreciate the people with opposing views and opinions who were respectful and sympathetic. We are totally able to have opposing views and respect each other. The hateful rhetoric towards people that don't agree with you is so unnecessary. Whether you believe that Richard Allen is guilty or not, it can also be possible that both sides of this are made up of people who are just trying to do what they think is right. Support what they believe and feel passionate about. And that's okay. There doesn't have to be nefarious intent in opposing opinions. I can speak for all of the jurors when I say that every single one of us took this very seriously. I promise you, when you're truly faced with something like this, you are not happy to write "guilty" down on that paper. It was a very emotional process for every single person involved. I know I will truly never be the same. Please take these things into consideration before making posts and comments. And most importantly, RIP Abby and Libby.

The questions put forth throughout trial, the stoic faces with very little obvious expression (except for those who cried during devastating testimony and viewing horrific exhibits) showed me how hard you all worked to fulfill your duties. The impacts of this case and this trial can never fully be explained to those who were not fortunate enough to bear witness. Justice was served. Thank-you for your public service. No matter what attacks may come at you now that you've outed yourself, just remember that there are many, many "guilters" who trust the conclusion that the jury reached when weighing the evidence against Richard Allen. @Mia McHaffey which part, I've read the transcripts so many times? There was lots of unidentified male DNA on the girls 😢. From the r@pe kits, BOTH girls swabs were presumptive positive for seminal material. Unfortunately the lab didn't bother doing the confirmatory tests or even lking at it under a microscope (apparently that's not part of there work flow 😔). The presumptive tests do have an approx 10% false positive rate, however the chance of both tests being false positive when you add in the unidentified male DNA on the genitals and underwear would be under 1% 🙈🙈. Why do you think LE refused to use a private lab to do the DNA testing that the state lab couldn't?

The whole headphone jack saga was outrageous and didn't even prove anything regarding his guilt/innocence. Water damage plain and simple, and sad that state experts ultimately dropped the ball on that. Did you dig into this case more after trial, or were you D-U-N done? You know that his phone never pinged at the trail, disproving his lie about being online looking at a stock ticker (his phone was either turned off/in airplane mode unable to access any online stock ticker/or left behind at home). And of course the only phone missing from the pile of phones he had kept. I can't remember the exact reason the cell tower ping/google geofence info wasn't allowed at trial, but I remember an interview McLeland did where he said it was a tit for tat legal procedure thing that would've opened the door for defense to bring up other evidence at trial that would've just confused the jurors.

Also, why would you think being Caucasian would make any difference in a ritualistic sacrifice that's a little racist don't you think? Pagans sacrificed other pagans and non-pagans it didn't matter the color that has nothing to do with it. What about the other evidence the bullet that was never fired that is one of the most common rounds in the United States. What about the woman's testimony and her description of a young curly haired man these are all things the jerry needs to hear he may he may not have done it he didn't do it by itself is my opinion if he did it , but you have to look into that they wouldn't have been placed in a ritualistic manner if it wasn't some sort of sacrifice sorry you're not an expert, and the states experts will testify to whatever the state wants them to testify to

@Mia McHaffey I am not insulting your decision, but I will say without transparency in a trial, and only circumstantial evidence which even the Attorney General of IN even stated that on TV. It is also the responsibility of the jury to rule without a doubt. I do not believe that happened. Such a critical thing as a brutal murder of 2 little girls, and a person looking at their entire life behind bars for something they may have not done, because every single thing the defense wanted to talk about was denied ! This ma's trial was not fair and neither was his pretrial detention environment. Like judge Brown said : You protected him into psychosis.

He tried to help by saying he was there but didn't see anything that stood out , did you watch his 1st interview then the 2nd interview was a set up for Jerry Holeman to pin it on with nothing but a bullet casino that had to be fired and only then did she eliminate Brad Webers gun , but its wrong to do it like that , then she destroyed the gun , and that's wrong but the worst thing they did is take an innocent man a put him into solitary confinement for 13 months allowing Odinists guards to watch him.

@JohnJohn Faulk the witnesses on the trail cleared the trail from noon to 2:15 and only saw RA. They saw him arrive at 1:30 and the digital metadata proves it. Then 20 minutes later Betsy saw him (from 100 feet away!) on the bridge platform just minutes before the girls got to the bridge. 1000% no way it was anyone other than RA. It waa blaringly obvious RA lied about his altered time of noon to 1:30 during his interview/interrogation; to conveniently remove himself from the crime scene. But the metadata don't lie

@Mia McHaffey how influential was the bullet they found at the scene in your decision? They were unable to replicate the markings on the evidence bullet with his gun by just ejecting the round. So, they fired rounds then claimed fired casings matched the unfired round. The metallurgist was not allowed to testify (denied by the judge). Allen's DNA wasn't found nor were his fingerprints. The bullet was not even found at the time the bodies were.

As a firearms enthusiast, hunter, and with experience in reloading ammo, I find the state's claims and “evidence” that it matched his firearm sketchy at the very least.

Extractor marks are often used to determine type and model of firearm - Glock, sig, Beretta - obviously caliber and sometimes can narrow down production range. Unless the firearm has unique wear the FBI, NIST, Foundation of firearms and Tool Mark Identification, amongst other entities entrenched in all things firearms and ammunition all agree that extraction marks alone rarely point to a specific firearm.

Since the firearm taken from Allen is one of the most popular firearms in the US, and the other firearms taken and tested in this case were not even tested the same way, I simply don't believe the round matched his weapon based on their testing and evidence presented. Their testing method was flawed. They also didn't fire the other guns they tested. His was the only one fired.

It's been a while since I read trial transcript so I can't recall how much if this was discussed in trial.

Sorry for the long winded post. Just wondered how much the bullet came into the guilty verdict.

@Lorinda Cearing the bullet found at the scene had been cycled, meaning, it was loaded into the chamber and ejected without being fired. This happens when you "rack the gun", and is typically done when you want to ensure there is no round in the chamber when storing, or when a round becomes jammed. But in this case, it is speculated that he "racked" the gun to instill fear in the victims into following his orders.

@Classic Over Thinker the state did not argue he racked the gun on the bridge. Richard allen made a statement about "doing something with the gun" at the end of the bridge but its unclear if he meant at the crime scene or on the bridge. Its also possible he racked the gun more than once, or that the first time there was no bullet in the chamber. Regardless, the bullet was found between the two victims. It was documented the day they processed the crime scene. Nice try though.

@Jason Haynes it was also initially reported to be found on the Fri! Either way it did not match Ricks gun when just racking it. whereas Ron Logan and Brad Webers guns could NOT be excluded. The state wasn't happy with this so they fired ONLY Ricks gun 5 or 6 times and said 1 cartridge had sufficient agreement 🤔. Why do you think Gull wouldn't let the defence expert Tobin testify, because Tobin has crushed her 'I've never been wrong' testimony before 🤦. you don't have to believe me it's all in the transcripts but personally I never trust someone that says they have never been wrong, like Obergs lie! @Marcia Mahony Thats incorrect. 1 - In tool mark analysis you cant state something is a match, its - sufficient agreement. 2 - Ron Logan and Brad Webbers firearms could not be excluded! Ricks gun was EXCLUDED when the cartridge was just cycled, so Oberg decided to fire ONLY Ricks firearm 5-6 times and 1 of those cartridges Oberg claimed sufficient agreement, even though RL & BW's firearms could not be excluded🤔. Another Judge excluded Tobin from a trial, just like Gull, and the verdict was overturned on appeal just by excluding Tobin!

@Marcia Mahony Funny, because Melissa Oberg's actual findings were "inconclusive" yet she testified at trial they were a match.

You're claiming her false testimony as fact, when it's actually a violation of the Federal Rules of Evidence (Best/Original) for her to have claimed that on the stand, constituting yet another in a long list of Napue violations Gull overlooked.

It is criminal Prosecutorial Misconduct to allow false testimony into trial.

The deeper you dig into each piece of evidence, the more State error you will find.

Also, she had to fire the round to produce markings even close to that on the unfired bullet.

And, in Richard Allen's confession, he stated he racked his gun at the top of the hill, which would not explain how it ended up where the girls were found, between them, lodged in the dirt.

@Lorinda Cearing You are assuming there was ballistic evidence that tied the bullet at the scene with ammo the defendant had, which there was not. An unspent cartridge that was chambered in the firearm has an ejection mark which is quite a bit different than the lands and grooves of a fired bullet. Using a cartridge mark is not sufficient to to identify a specific firearm. The bullet found at the scene can be found in hundreds of not thousands of Hoosiers homes and was the weakest piece of evidence the state had. An unfired bullet was not the smoking gun some people are imagining it to be.

@Terry Young Racking twice does not harm the gun. It's won't cause the weapon to fire or cause a jam.

Example. You rack the gun , a round is chambered.
You rack it a second time, the chambered round is ejected and a new round goes into the chamber.
You can empty a whole magazine just by racking the slide over and over and ejecting 1 bullet at a time.

This happens because the ejector catches the lip of the round as soon as its seated in the chamber. When you pull the slide back to rack again, the ejector ejects the round from the chamber clearing the chamber for the next round.

@Mary Nell Riley he racked the gun the first time when he ordered the girls "down the hill" after they went down the hill he ordered them to undress and he saw a white van drive pass. That startled Richard Allen and he ordered the girls across the creek. Once they were on Ron Logan's property that is where he attacked and brutally murdered them with a box cutter. He rack his gun a second time causing the bullet to eject from the firearm.

Racking twice does not harm the gun.

@Kenny Catron that's actually not how that works. There's ample evidence to allow it, but the judge and DA wouldn't allow it because she knew they wouldn't find him guilty if they had. @Eileen TenEyck Dozens of people had walked the bridge and surrounding area that day.
Prosecutors said they found a 'similar' blue Carrhardt jacket at his house that had no DNA or blood from the victims on it.
Then later they admitted they could not clearly make out the logo of the jacket worn by the bridge guy in the video to determibe if it was a Carrhardt jacket or not.

Before the girls were even found, Ron Logan asked his cousin to lie for him and provide an alibi for the 2:30 pm time period on Feb 13th. This was well before anyone knew what time they disappeared. The cousin told the police about the false alibi. Also, Ron Logans phone is in the geofence information. He was near the crime scene.

@Monica Andry "a car that looks like his car" according to the prosecutors. There is seminal fluid (without sperm) from the swabs of the girls genital areas. The State never had it tested to determine if they could get DNA from the samples. The van was debunked at the trial. Brad Weber testified that he arrived home at 2:30 which was supposedly the van that spooked R Allen and he forced the girls across the creek and their phone stopped moving at 2:32. However, there is now irrefutable evidence that Weber didnt enter the private drive until 2:44 and arrived home at 2:50.

I've always had mixed feelings about guilty vs not guilty because evidence is all over the place but him self reporting was silliest thing he could have done. Can you imagine the amount of people present that day who didn't self report? Regardless innocent or not he really did not get a fair trial which I blame on the hate the judge had on his attorneys so he should get a new trial but outcome may be the same.

@Mary Gravely Ah, but it doesn't. Brad Weber testified that he arrived home around 2:30 (in his van which supposedly spooked Allen and he forced the girls across the creek and killed them). The girls' phone stopped moving at 2:32. However, there is now irrefutable proof that Weber entered the long, private drive at 2:44 and arrived home at 2:50. @Eileen TenEyck according to Anna Williams there was over 50 people on the trails that day, I cant remember all the mens names but some are Ron Logan, Dave McCain, Dan McCain, Evan, a man with a little dog, there were girls over the other side of the bridge about 3. Rick said he was at the trail BETWEEN 1-3 (as he said he probably left around 1.30pm) NOT that he was there from 1pm to 3pm. Betsy Blairs description of Bridge Guys was young, 20-30yo, brown poofy hair, beautiful (definitely not how I would describe Rick), the group of 4 girls, Railly, Bree etc (Rick saw a group of 3 girls) saw a younger man, he had a mask on so they could really only see his eyes, which were described as not blue. Ricks eyes are definitely blue. Railly is 5'7 the girls said the man they saw was approximately 5'10? Rick is 5'4-5 (very short for a man). ive attached a pic of 'Bridge Guy', the top pic is what Rick actually said he wore in the interview, middle is the blue jacket from Ricks house that Kathy bought in 2019 🤦 The bottom pic is Ron Logan, who actually confessed in 2017 🤯. As for the SA, there is male DNA on both girls genitals, breasts and the one pair of underwear recovered - Ricks DNA was excluded!!!! There was also seminal fluid from BOTH girls cervical swabs 😱. LE refused to test the DNA properly 😠 . The ME said something along the lines of no visible sign of SA 🤦 . The ISP Lab technician consulted with Bode Technology and another private lab to do the testing required (The ISP lab didnt have the capability & they had kicked the FBI off!!) but LE refused to test the DNA 👿. Sorry for the giant essay, I could go on and on about the dna, its infuriating and an insult to Abby and Libby 😠

Guilty or not, If you don't admit you're only like 25% of the population that wouldn't tell the police what they wanted to hear just to try inn go home. Can't imagine sitting in a solitary confinement 4x7 cell, the only people you talk to on a daily are telling you you did something to them two girls and if you admit it we'll let you call home, or we'll let you have this ? or do that, in his mental State of Mind ? Who telling what he would or wouldn't have admitted to . I mean come on guys think about it, he admitted to killing his daughter raping his daughter beating his wife none of them things happened ? And all you people saying " I would never admit to something i didn't do". Yeah ok, you definitely don't know that until you're in that type of situation. The justice system has let thousands of people across America go home a year that was incarcerated for one year all the way up to 50+ years for admitting to something they did not do. They eventually get exonerated. Not all but some, just emag

Let's look at these timelines shall we

Bridge Guy Timeline:
1. 1:26-1:30pm three girls pass a man who they say resembles the person in Libby's video. This man was walking with a purpose towards the bridge.
2. Betsy Blaire sees a man standing on the first platform that looks like the man in Libby's video.
3. Around 2pm Betsy Blair leaves the bridge and walks past the girls as they are making their way to the bridge.
4. At 2:13 Libby starts to record and captures a man with a blue jacket and blue jeans.

Richard Allan revised timeline from 2022 (Different than his 2017 one)
1. Richard Allen says he arrives at 12:00pm
2. Has he is walking the trail and passes 3 girls.
3. Richard Allen says he walked out on to the first platform looking down at the fish
4. Richard Allen states he left the bridge and sat down on a bench.
5. Between 1:30-1:45 he walks back and leaves.

Now RA wants us to believe these two events, which are the exact same, took place one right after another.

This means there should be a different set of 3 girls that he would have passed, yet no one has mentioned another set of girls

And for shats and gaggles let's say he passes the girls on the way out and it is the same three girls that saw BG. Well the girls would have said they saw two men cross paths and RA would have without a doubt seen BG which he never states he does since the girls saw a man walking to and not away from the bridge.

Oh let's not forgot both Allen and BG are wearing the same clothing.

@Steven Malesky You wanted to know about the group of 3 girls that Allen passed when he arrived and they were leaving, right? Read the comments again for the answer. Also, your storyline is flawed. It was a group of 4 girls, not 3, that said they passed Bridge Guy. Also, see Blairs sketch. Thats who she saw--young, beautiful, looked like Justin Timberlake. Does that sound like Richard Allen to you?

@Steven Malesky it's a group of 3 girls that were at the trails earlier, Tara German is Libby's aunt. Anna Williams has said in an interview that there were over 50 people there that day, Kelsi German has said there was lots of people there 🤦. There was also Cheyenne and Shelby (not sure if they had another girl with them). Don't forget Railly (from the group of 4 girls) said they saw the man in the mast at 2.15, yet the 'down the hill' video was 2.13 🤔. I don't know how anyone thinks this is Rick?

There isn't a single person in that text exchange that gives a time they were there.

The storyline is not flawed.

Blair in the end said the person she saw was the person in the video Libby took.

At no point in time has anyone described that person in the video as someone who looks like Justin Timberlake. Also, she states she was 50 feet away, but when you actually measure the distance to where platform 1 is to where she states she was standing she was 110-125 feet away.

Goes both ways and personally I don't trust governments blindly, especially CC - pedo protectors!! Why didnt the other 8 murdered kids get this attention and reward money? Was it because DG was a CI/snitch? How often does someone get a 20yr sentence reduced to 1 day time service? Justice for ALL the murdered kids in that area! This is why defendants rights should always matter. No matter the crime, or how we feel about the person. By giving EVERY defendant a fair trial, the families suffering don't have to reopen those wounds they are trying so hard to heal.

The judge, the prosecutor, the police, and the rest should be held accountable for what they did in this case. Turning the loss of these two innocent girls Abby Libby into a circus. Richard Allen tried to help, and was cleared. The police lied so they could search his home. The same home he lived in when he first contacted law enforcement. He drove the same car, had the same email, same phone number, same job 5 years later. He didn't leave town, change his number, get a different car or job. He worked at CVS where a picture of the sketch of the alleged killer was hanging. Attended a local bar regularly with his wife where another picture hung. No one thought for a second he could be the man in the picture. No one called the tip line believing he was the killer. He went on about his life.

When contacted 5 yrs later he cooperates with law enforcement, does not request an attorney, rides to the police station to try to help again. Seems very relaxed. It wasn't until they turned him into their suspect that he became defensive.

He continues to speak without an attorney. Any innocent person would have behaved the exact same way. Had he committed that crime, he would have been expecting that call or visit and he would have been shaking like a leaf. He would have been looking over his shoulders every single day. His behavior would have changed, his appearance, and so much more. It didn't. He owns the same type of gun that many do. His gun matched the bullet only after they fired it to make it match. The bullet was unspent. No eye witness identified Richard Allen. "Bridge guy" could have no connection to the crime. Bridge guy is not Richard Allen either. The killer(s) are still out here or dead.

Abby and Libby will never receive justice keeping Richard Allen in prison for their murder. He is not the killer. Police know this too. They are the real monsters. They allowed this to unfold in an unconstitutional, and unjust manner.

Nobody, including myself, commenting here, were not the Judge, were not the Prosecutor, were not the investigators investigating this horrendous crime, or were part of the jury. If you have some absolute proof that he's not guilty, maybe you should let his attorneys know. If you have some absolute proof that the Judge was incompetent, maybe you should let the Indiana Supreme Court know. If you have direct evidence that the investigators are incompetent, and messed up the investigation, maybe you should call the FBI and let them know about it. That being said, all these hunches, accusations of other suspects, accusations of misdeeds by the professionals that are educated in their profession, are just that, hunches and accusations.

@Kenny Catron the absolute proof is right before peoples eyes. One instance of the judge being incompetent, which was substantiated by the Supreme Court, was removing his attorneys. This violated his constitutional rights. Arguments were given to warn her against proceeding on that course. She did it anyway. That is just one instance. It's not apples and oranges. It's not about stealing, its about recognizing something right before your eyes. People are just calling it out. Instead of recognizing the obvious, you are calling an apple an orange.

@Shawn Palmi, and not to be disrespectful, and I apologize up front if you take it that way, but how much trial law experience do you have? @Kenny Catron I have zero trial law experience. Assuming you are correct, that everyone was just following the law, then I question why the laws appear to hide so much info from the public. I'm a believer that the government should be as open as possible. A great example here is the geofencing. LE did geofencing, then it wasn't allowed to be presented at trial. RA's supporters believe it's because it shows he's innocent.

@Kenny Catron If it were just one thing, I think most people could look past it. But its a mountain of issues. I think everyone can agree that the interviews conducted with witnesses and potential suspects should be done as soon as possible while their memories are intact. Law enforcement lost the first 60-70 days of interviews. They taped over them for the first half and the second half they erased the audio. One would think that the best corrective action would be to re-interview everyone again. Not in this case. They just accepted the fact that they no longer have the most crucial interviews.
They lost Dave McCains SIM card. He was at the trails at 2:44. He took pictures everywhere at the trails that day, including 25 minutes on the MHB taking photos! They lost the Marathon gas station CCTV footage. They refused to let the geofence information in that would tell everyone the 3 phones that were at the crime scene. They allowed everyone to change their recollections of the events that day (even the crucial pieces such as who dropped the girls off, what time they arrived, etc). I used to believe it was incompetence. But by the 3rd or 4th "lost" piece of crucial info, it has to be something other than incompetence.

@Kenny Catron No, I think he's the killer. But, prosecutors want to win, so that means they don't want to include at trial anything that doesn't help them win. So forever people will be speculating about what the geofencing data showed.

@Kristina Magnuson and here again. You weren't there for the interviews. I remember when this first happened, they had thousands of leads called in by different people. Names were thrown out there that didn't have anything to do with it. For you, who have zero Law enforcement experience, and no trial law experience, can say that Law Enforcement and/or the trial Judge muffed it up is just crazy. You can't possibly know what Law Enforcement did or didn't do.

@Robert Longoria its rather funny that you call someone else a bunch of names to insult their intelligence and then spout a bunch of nonsense that proves you don't have any of the facts straight about this case.
1. Ballistics weren't conducted because it was an unspent bullet
2. Richard Allens DNA was not at the crime scene and they found no DNA of the girls on anything of R Allens-not his car, his clothes, nor his knives/boxcutters
3. There weren't 60 confessions
Watch the oral arguments in the appellate court. They go over all of this and its very clear.

I have been writing a book for the last year. My very first fiction book. With it has come a lot of research. Days and nights studying laws, court cases, stories, cross-referencing conviction rates against re-offence rates You name it. I've gotten my head wrapped so deep into it that I dream about it and I'm upset a quarter of the time if not more. So here's my rant.

I have decided that there's such a thing as freedom of speech, and I am tired of controlling my mouth about these depraved, disgusting human beings. If you abuse a child, there's only one thing you deserve, and that's to be permanently SEPARATED from society!!!!

Children trust you because it's in their body. It's cellular from the time of birth to trust their person, even when their person abuses them... Infact the abused end up thinking they must have done something wrong because everything in their body loves and trusts their person. It's survival for them. There is only one thing good for these disgusting humans that manipulate and abuse that and children...

Mental illness or not! I DON'T CARE! Your abuse of a child should be an automatic separation from society for THE REST OF YOUR MISERABLE LIFE.

I've held my tongue for a long time. I've said things in a manner that protects my family.... Well... freedom of speech. Our president talks about annihilating a whole country of people for crimes. I think I can talk about a person who sexually abuses or physically abuses a child of any age be separated from society - permanently!

I am NOT going to physically harm anyone. But I am going to call this stuff out and do everything I can to ensure that they are punished for the rest of their miserable lives, just as their victims are. I am going to try my best to bring about change.

I have been writing a fiction book for the last 9 months! It's almost ready for print. Because of that, it's gotten me into research and study, and I've created a website and platforms, and I'm posting stuff all the time. Want to know more or see more? It's easy to understand why people that only know what was presented at trial think he's guilty. Everything that was exculpatory was kept out of trial. Except; not a single witness described Allen.
Allen is very short for a man. Not a single person described a short man. Vorhees said she saw BG at 2:15. How? Libby's video started at 2:13 and 20ish minutes from where she said she saw him.
There is a reason the prosecution didn't ask any of the witnesses if the man they say was sitting in front of them.
The only way to show you Allen is innocent is to present the evidence that exonerates him; like the geofence, the surveillance video from businesses in town on the route he took to and from the trails, the van video, third party evidence of course and there is more.
None of his DNA at the scene or on the girls. None of the girls DNA in Allen's vehicle or on anything they took from his house. The car portrayed as Allen's is not his. He left around 1:30 and did see a group of 3 girls; we know who they are and they are not who the prosecution put on the stand.
LE was right to go back to the beginning because that's where the truth is but it does not lead to Allen. You'll get to see everything eventually. When the world sees what was done to this man; I hope the walls come crashing down on the ppl responsible and on the real monsters that took the lives of Abby and Libby.

@Tony Hunt cell phone location records do though. Were those made up as well? The evidence against RA is overwhelming. Without the confessions. Its no coincidence he was there at time of abduction, time frame of the murders, and vehicle on camera leaving after that time frame. The case was butchered by law enforcement. If the investigation was fully taken over by ISP and FBI it would have been much quicker.

Why in the world would the judge prohibit the defense from showing a sketch that investigators showed to millions and millions of people during the course of their investigation?...... don't you remember?..... have you seen this guy, if so call us!!!..... now the jury can't see the sketch ..... WHY? Like the appeal judge said "a picture is worth a thousand words"!!!

At this point, it's not about Allen's guilt or innocence....... The issue before us is.... WAS HIS TRIAL FAIR????

I say NO!

@Beth Wenz Haisley The question isn't whether he was psychotic when the crime occurred. The question is whether a confession made during a psychotic episode is legally admissible and reliable. Courts and psychiatrists have consistently said no.

THIS is the problem when snarky judges don't allow all the evidence to be presented at trial. Then there are questions left unanswered. That judge should be pulled as a judge for the way this trial was handled. *I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty. But ALL evidence should be allowed in a court of law so that jurors can make an informed decision.

@G Owen Yenolds You're obviously not familiar with the case. That is not what I'm talking about. This judge was losing her mind. She even tried to get his defense council removed. A man has a right to a defense AND to present an alternate theory along with evidence to support it, including eye witnesses, etc. She wouldn't allow most of it.

@Zuri Jones what you said was allow EVERY piece of evidence in. That eliminates 2 very important rules: 1- relevance. It may be evidence, but does it do anything to move the needle towards reaching a verdict? 2- Probative value does not exceed prejudice. Essentially, will a piece of evidence cause confusion among the jury and actually reduce the chances of a verdict? Those are very important safeguards to have and why Evidence is one of the hardest phases of any trial. That's why police reports aren't admissible but can be used to impeach a witness (usually the officer who wrote the report). That's why hearsay isn't generally allowed (because anyone could put words in the mouth of someone else who isn't being called as a witness). That's why chain of custody on all physical evidence gathered by the police during investigation is so important. Break the chain of custody and that evidence needs to be quashed or else it will lead to confusion. Admissibility of evidence vs its Probative weight/value are two distinctly different concepts. And they are different for a reason. So, no, what the talking heads are discussing is where Judge Gull got it wrong on ruling on specific pieces of evidence or denying motions to present specific defense theories. No one is saying EVERYTHING should come in. Pay closer attention to what they are actually saying. Are the talking heads saying EVERYTHING should come in, or that everything on a particular list that they compiled should have come in. Getting a ruling wrong vs changing the rules are different. I called you out, continue to call you out, and will continue to call you out. You didn't say this particular case, you spoke of "snarky judges" and your last sentence: "[b]ut ALL evidence should be allowed in A COURT OF LAW...." You spoke universally and you are wrong for it. Period. Edited

A jury of twelve found him guilty after reviewing all the evidence. Witnesses on the bridge that day testified they saw Richard Allen on the bridge that day. There is evidence that points to Allen's guilt. He confessed. Allen was housed at the correctional center vs jail at the request of his defense attorneys.

@Kimalie Webb Ma'am, no. The jury was not shown all of the evidence. Not a single witness identified Allen. He "confessed" while psychotic and the details were not factual. The STATE asked to have him held in the worst maximum security prison in the state as a "safe keeper". By law Allen should have been at the safe keeping hearing and had the opportunity to deny safe keeping; that didn't happen. His defense attorneys tried to get him moved out of the prison and the state lied saying he was fine. Did you pay attention at all? Watch oral arguments at the very least. Geesh. You obviously have no clue about this case; better not to comment.

I've been following this case on YouTube for a VERY long time! Richard Allen is INNOCENT!! Ron Logan ( deceased in 2022) pedophile Kegan Kline- cellmate of Ron Logan (pedophile) Brad Holder- neighbor of Ron Logan Father of Abby's boyfriend. In to Odenism (symbols were laid on both Abby and Libby's bodies) I don't remember who the other members of Brad Holders cult are. I'm sure they were involved also! Also I'm SO tired of people spreading rumors that those girls were shot! Yes she'll casings where found nearby but that could have been do to anything other than those 2 particular murders. I pray that WHEN Richard Allen is acquitted of all charges upon a reasonable doubt, he along with his Attorneys need to file a HUGE compensation to notorious only Richard Allen's attorney's, but a HUGE payout to Richard Allen for EVERYTHING that he's been through!! Shameful and disgusting!!! Btw, don't even think about trying to reply with some ignorant opposition/opinion! They will ALL be ignored fully by me!!! I'm just going to laugh at you! Keep that in mind and put that in ya book! 😜😁 Have a nice day...

It's sad that the small town Indiana judicial systems are so corrupt! They needed someone to convict for closure. But there's just one thing wrong with all this.. they withheld so much evidence, because they so badly needed him to take the fall!! I have personally seen the crime scene photos. There's no way possible that RA was able to carry those heavy dead children. Come on, again I've seen the crime scene photos. I actually have them in my possession. RA deserves a new trial in a new venue with fair and impartial jurors. Not an entire town and county running on super high emotions!!!! Please give him another trial! If he's truly guilty, they will find him guilty!! But at least there will be no questions!!!! And if he's not the killer... Shame on courts in that county!!!!!
