Meehan has had a series of evaluations to determine his compentence and the motive for his ambush attack remains unknown.

Todd Click CCS

Todd Click is the former Assistant Police Chief for Rushville, Indiana. Click assisted Ferency and Indiana State Trooper Kevin Murphy in their investigation of the Franks Suspects. After Click testified at the Motion to Dismiss Hearing, a professional colleague of Superintendent Doug Carter at the Office of Inspector General opened an investigation into Click regarding bullshit allegations that he falsified 5 signatures in his role as a Family Case Manager. Click was arrested right before Richard Allen's trial began.
