TL;DR

Rick Allen spent more than 16 years in Delphi, Indiana. Before his 2022 arrest, Rick was known as a devoted husband and father, a friendly face at the town's only pharmacy, and a regular at the local pub. By every measure, he was a stable and remarkably normal guy.

Now serving a 130-year sentence, the trial Court has finally begun to slowly release exhibits that a select group of 12 journalists were given a mere 15 minutes to inspect at the end of each trial day. With each limited release of exhibits, concern grows about the integrity of the investigation and the belief that Rick Allen was wrongfully convicted after a tragedy of errors continues to gain traction.

To the point breakdown of the evidence used against Rick and the issues plaguing the prosecution and trial court can be found here.
