After the 3-day hearings last summer, I found out a small number of people had been taking on the costs of all the pre-trial hearing transcripts to make available to the public so I offered to do a trivia night fundraiser stream to help crowdsource the funds. However, prior to trial, Jodie Williams (Judge Gull's Court Reporter) informed Criminality that there would be a significant delay in completing the remaining transcripts for the 3-day hearings and an even longer delay in completing the trial transcripts, so the trivia night fundraiser plans were postponed.

Since that time, Criminality has been in touch with the Court off and on and recently followed up with Jodie who provided a quote of $4,600 for all remaining transcripts. Jodie has until July 9th, 2025 to complete the review of the record for Richard Allen's appellate lawyers and we expect the transcripts will be sent shortly after that task is confirmed to be complete on the docket.

My schedule has changed since offering to do the trivia night fundraiser stream so I've started sharing Criminality's links for people who want to pitch in just in case scheduling efforts cut too close to July 9th bc I don't want her to end up fronting the bulk of the costs for the money order that will need to be provided to the Court — especially considering she's going to make the transcripts freely available and accessible to the public.
