Comes now the State of Indiana, 80th Judicial Circuit, by Prosecuting Attorney Richard J. Hertel, and files herein its Motion to seal the Arrest Warrant, Probable Cause Affidavit, and Charging Informations. The Court, being duly advised, hereby grants said Motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the arrest warrant, probable cause affidavit and charging information are sealed in this case.
